A White Rapper Congratulates A Black President

Posted Thu Nov 6, 2008 3:01pm PST by Lyndsey Parker in Reality Rocks

John Brown first started preaching his peculiar "Ghetto Revival" gospel on VH1's The White Rapper Show, aka the raddest show ever. John came in second to some guy named $hamrock, who didn't exactly go on to become the Next Eminem.

Now John's plunged even deeper into political hip-hop...and while he's probably not going to become the Next Chuck D, I must say I enjoyed his recent Sarah Palin song (hear it HERE), and now I'm kind of digging his latest Obama election anthem, simply and aptly titled "Congratulations":

Hallelujah hollaback!

I wonder who $hamrock voted for....
